Plan your winter at Crescent Spur. Book Now
Seasonal opportunities at our small, family-run mountain lodge in northern British Columbia, with room and board included.
Our guests come back year after year. When they explain why, they talk about the skiing, the lodge and the people. The people part is on us.
Crescent Spur is a small operation, which means every member of the team has an impact on the guest experience. We hire people who care about doing their job well, enjoy working with others and are willing to pitch in when needed. Whether you’re working in the kitchen, housekeeping, food and beverage, massage, guiding or operations, we’re all working toward the same thing: giving our guests an exceptional week.
Living and working at the lodge is a unique experience too. We’re in a semi-remote mountain setting, our team lives on site, and you’ll spend a lot of time with the people you work with. For the right person, that becomes one of the best parts of the season.
The work can be busy and the days can be long, but there’s also something pretty special about spending a season at Crescent Spur: working with a close-knit team, getting to know returning guests and calling this little corner of British Columbia home for a few months.
Seasonal staff live on site in staff accommodation, with room and board provided. Crescent Spur is semi-remote, so life here is different from taking a seasonal job in town. Your coworkers become the people you live, work and spend your downtime with.
For many of our staff, that’s a big part of what makes the season memorable. You’ll be surrounded by mountains, forest and the Fraser River, with opportunities to snowshoe, cross-country ski and explore the property in your time off.
It’s a close-knit environment, so being respectful, adaptable and comfortable sharing space with others is just as important as the work itself.
Our primary winter season runs from late December through mid-April, with seasonal positions across lodge operations, food and beverage, housekeeping, kitchen and massage. We also hire a smaller summer team for our heli-fishing and heli-hiking season, which runs for six to seven weeks in July and August.
Current openings are posted below as they become available. Room and board are provided for seasonal staff, and wages vary by position and experience.
