Jess’s connection to Crescent Spur began in childhood, when she regularly visited her aunt Regina during the summers. She joined the lodge service team in 2002 and went on to hold roles in lodge management, reservations, sales and business development before becoming Chief Operating Officer. Now based in Calgary, Jess leads the business side of Crescent Spur, overseeing guest reservations and communications, sales, marketing, partnerships and the planning behind each season.
